RETURN POLICY
We know it can sometimes be hard to choose the right items online and we want to make sure you're completely happy with your purchasing experience with Mini Raxevsky Australia. So we've made the process of returning anything that's 'not quite right' as easy as possible. You can choose to return or exchange your item within 14 days either in one of our store, or by returning it to us at the below address.
We simply ask that:
- Items are unworn and unused (with the original tags in tact)
- Items are in the original packaging (which needs to be in original condition)
- You retain your receipt for proof of purchase
Essentially – we still need to be able to sell it to a good home where it will be loved (seems only fair!). So we suggest you try on any items you might not be sure about with their tags etc still attached. In order to avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you check carefully at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products, packaging and label intact in order to detect any obvious defects.
In Store returns
Where possible we recommend you take advantage of our FREE in store returns. Our store team will be more than happy to help you with your return on the spot and assist you with finding an alternative to completely satisfy your needs. Remember to take your tax invoice with you as proof of purchase.
Returns by mail
If returning to store isn't the most convenient option for you, we've made returning by post as painless as possible. Simply download and fill the Return Form send the items with the form within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your goods to the following address:

7-10 Business days for WA country, far North QLD and most of NT, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.
Deliveries are made within work hours by the respective courier company to the address referred on the order form.
The total calculated sum will be formed in the final stage of your order, where you will have already declared the area of delivery and type of delivery that you have chosen.
For all orders over 150 dollars the shipping cost is FREE. For all orders under 150 dollars the shipping cost is 9.50 dollars. International orders shipping cost is $35 for all destinations

However, in case of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes etc) or an impediment that cannot be overcome and does not allow the prompt delivery of products, we will inform you via e-mail or phone, so that you can confirm us if you still desire, under the new circumstances, the completion of your order. Visiting the website implies full acceptance of these terms.
